zzbd's Complete Terms & Conditions

1.1 Parties & Nature of Agreement

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the zzbd platform ("we", "our") and you ("user", "player"). By registering an account on zzbd, or by using this platform, you will be considered to have fully accepted these Terms.

1.2 Eligibility & Age Requirement

Participation on zzbd is permitted only to individuals who are at least 21 years of age. We reserve the right to immediately close any account belonging to a minor, and all transactions on that account will be considered void.

1.3 Language & Interpretation

These Terms are written in Bengali and that version serves as the original document. In the event of any ambiguity, the interpretation of zzbd authority will be considered final.

2.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one zzbd account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, those accounts will be closed and funds held in them may be forfeited.

2.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. zzbd reserves the right to close an account if false information is provided.

2.3 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login password and account information completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone else is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

2.4 Account Verification

zzbd may request documents for identity verification at any time. We reserve the right to limit the withdrawal process until verification is complete.

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Amounts below these limits cannot be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. However, this time may increase if identity verification or fraud prevention measures are required.

3.4 Currency & Exchange Rate

zzbd processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Withdrawal in any other currency is not available.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

zzbd offers new players a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500; or depositing ৳8,000 or more adds a ৳5,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳13,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15x — calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳22,500 must be wagered before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once on a single account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.
• While a bonus is active, you may request withdrawal of deposited funds only, but doing so will cancel the bonus.
• zzbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

4.4 VIP Program

zzbd's VIP program has three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Regular play automatically advances you to higher tiers. Weekly cashback is up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.7% at Silver, and 1.0% at Gold. VIP benefits are subject to change at any time.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment

zzbd believes in fair play. Games on our platform are operated by verified software providers and results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing bets or playing games using any software or automated tools
